Download and install the Android pilot, then set up your business. Send your Business ID privately to CodeFlow to request an invitation. Connect to the internet and enter your invitation code to activate before recording transactions.
Approved pilot access lasts 30 days, followed by 14 days of grace. After expiry, you can still view records, share documents and back up your business.

Install safely
Set a phone PIN or fingerprint first. Android may ask you to allow installation from your browser or file manager; you can turn that permission off afterward.

Back up first
Updating? Save an encrypted backup, then install over the existing app. Do not uninstall or clear its data. Keep a backup off your phone and retain the recovery password.
